With a National diploma of Oenology (University of Bordeaux) and a diploma of engineer in Agronomy from ENITA in Bordeaux (option Viticulture-Oenology), Cécile takes the Technical Direction of our familial estates. She is in charge of managing the teams for the vineyards and the cellars, as well as the technical follow-up of the JB-AUDY ‘s commercially exclusive estates.
